You can make cashless payments everywhere on the site.
If you still want to pay with cash, you are welcome to do so. We will refer you to the official ATMs in Gampel or Turtmann for cash withdrawals. There will be no ATMs on the site.
The cell phone charging station (right at the entrance to the festival site) guarantees you a full cell phone at the festival. For a fee (+ deposit) you can borrow a power bank and charge your cell phone on the go.
The Openair Gampel website openairgampel.ch is also available for tablets and cell phones. All information, such as the timetable or current information, photos or interviews with GampelTV are continuously prepared and made available during the festival.
The clearing of the festival area begins at 05:00 (no music).
On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the site is closed between 06300 and 10:00 for cleaning.
From Saturday to Sunday, the site remains continuously open until Sunday at 12:00 (Morningdance).
The campsite has its own festival supermarket with MIGROS products. The Migros festival sales bus has everything you need for the Openair: from fresh fruit and bread, sandwiches and sweet or savory snacks to a selection of non-food products such as toothbrushes and shower gel. The legendary M-Budget-Oensis are also available in limited quantities.

Lost & Found
Lost and found items can be reported, handed in or collected directly at the information stand during the festival.
After the festival, the items will be stored for one year at our festival office in Gampel.
Towed vehicles
Information about towed vehicles is also available at the information stand.

Confiscated items
Dangerous items removed at the entrance, as well as prohibited items confiscated on the festival site, will be disposed of by the organizer.
Items will not be returned!
Persons with disabilities who have an official disabled parking permit can access the festival via a special entrance. Accessible toilets are located near the medical center. The festival mainly takes place on a meadow. In case of rain, walking or driving across the area may be more difficult for people with reduced mobility.

There is a shower area in the middle of the campsite that is protected from view. There is a charge for the showers!
