You can make cashless payments everywhere on the site.
If you still want to pay with cash, you are welcome to do so. We will refer you to the official ATMs in Gampel or Turtmann for cash withdrawals. There will be no ATMs on the site.
People with disabilities who have an official disabled parking permit can access the festival via the EAST entrance. Accessible toilets are located near the emergency center. Please note that the festival takes place mainly on a grassy field, and in case of rain, mobility may be limited for those with physical impairments.

Groups and foundations planning a visit to Openair Gampel with several people with disabilities can contact our office directly at info@openairgampel.ch to find an individual solution.
Visitors will have access to the well-known festival grounds.
The area will be closed daily between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM (Sunday 09:00 AM) for cleaning.
Clearing of the grounds starts at 5:00 AM (no music during this time). In this zone, you’ll find various food stalls as well as different entertainment offerings.
The new site map will be published at a later date.
The Openair Gampel Info Desk is located on the festival grounds and also serves as the Lost and Found.

After the festival, lost items will be stored at the festival office for one year.

Dangerous items collected at the entrance, as well as confiscated items smuggled onto the grounds, will be disposed of by the organizer.
These items will not be returned.
There will be lots of cool gadgets and shirts on sale at our festival merchandising stand. Make sure you go there!

The cell phone charging station (right at the entrance to the festival site) guarantees you a full cell phone at the festival. For a fee (+ deposit) you can borrow a power bank and charge your cell phone on the go.
The Openair Gampel website openairgampel.ch is also available for tablets and cell phones. All information, such as the timetable or current information, photos or interviews with GampelTV are continuously prepared and made available during the festival.
The lockers from schliessfach.ch are located right in front of the festival grounds.
Under "mein Schliessfach" you can book and pay for your locker in advance before the festival starts.
Store your personal valuables such as car/home keys, ID cards, credit cards, backpacks, motorcycle helmets, etc., and enjoy the festival worry-free.
If you lose your locker key, please go to the info desk for assistance.
The campsite has its own festival supermarket with MIGROS products. The Migros festival sales bus has everything you need for the Openair: from fresh fruit and bread, sandwiches and sweet or savory snacks to a selection of non-food products such as toothbrushes and shower gel. The legendary M-Budget-Oensis are also available in limited quantities.
This is located in the center of the campsite.
There is a shower area in the middle of the campsite that is protected from view. There is a charge for the showers!
If you would like to see the Openair site from above, you can drive to Jeizinen and enjoy the beautiful view there.
