The upgrade is available exclusively through our office in Gampel.
To request it, simply send an email with your details (full name and address) to info@openairgampel.ch.
Important: Requests sent before June 1 will not be processed!
Once we receive your payment, your upgrade ticket will be sent to you by post.
At the festival, you can exchange your regular ticket and the upgrade ticket at the wristband station – and you’ll receive your PREMIUM wristband.
No, public transport by train and bus between Visp and the festival site and between Gampel station and the festival site is now included in the ticket price. Not included in the ticket price, however, is the night transportation by Postauto Valais between 00.00 and 06.00 hours. This unique integration is the result of a cooperation between Openair Gampel on the one hand and the public transport providers SBB Rail Away, RegionAlps, Postauto Valais and Ruffiner Reisen on the other. This also includes shuttle transport for Turtmann parking lot users, who pay for the shuttle via the parking fee.
With your Saturday Day Pass you can enter the festival grounds from Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 09:00 am.
You are welcome to stay overnight on the campsite with a valid festival ticket. It does not matter which ticket category you have. The campsite is accessible from Thursday - Sunday for everyone with a valid ticket.
There is a Park & Ride parking lot at the airfield in Turtmann. You can park your caravan there for a fee.
Please note that there are no electricity and water connections at the airfield. There are only a few toilets on site.
The second option is to park your caravan at the Lamperji campsite in Gampel. You can find all the information under the following link: Lampertji 6.
You are welcome to contact the following campsites to see if they still have a free pitch for you.
There is no cordoned-off PREMIUM area on the campsite. The people who already have access on Wednesday can choose a great spot and spend their first night in Gampel.
As it is forbidden to reserve pitches on Wednesday, we cannot guarantee that your colleagues will find a pitch next to you on Thursday.
All PREMIUM and Early Bird plus day pass holders are allowed on the campsite from 16:00 on Wednesday, 14.08.2025. You can pitch your tent wherever you want.
From the 12th birthday, the child must have a valid festival pass.
Please note, however, that a music festival is not for small children. You can pick up hearing protection for your child at the information stand.
